Introduction Specials

We understand that you want to get the best support and products that you can without using all of your resources.

All the services that you determine you need at your initial consultation will receive a 45% discount rate. The only requirement is that they must be scheduled (Not Started) within one week of your free consultation.


To help you choose the support level that is right for you we offer three standard monthly support options:

 

Level 1*

This option will provide you with up to 5 hours of technical support in a month at a discount rate of 30% off.

Our standard hourly rate for onsite repairs and trouble shooting is $70.00 per hour. 30% off makes this option available for only $49.00 per hour.

When you go over 5 hours in a month you will drop to $45.50 per hour for the entire month.

Level 2*

Level 2 clients receive up to 7.5 hours of support each month at a 35% discount rate.

Making your hourly rate $45.50 per hour, after you go over 7.5 hours in a month you will drop to $40.00 per hour for all the time used that month.

Level 3*

Level 3 clients will receive up to 10 hours of support a month with a discount rate of 43% off.

That makes your hourly rate just $40.00 per hour. If you go over 10 hours in a month you will receive an additional 2% off bringing your hourly rate to $38.50 per hour.

 

Custom Level Agreements

If you have other support needs and wish to discuss customized time schedules please call for a free consultation to determine what is right for you.  You may only need 2 hours a month or you may need 100.

All work is to be scheduled during normal business hours unless there are obvious reasons that this can not be done, such as down time on your network to perform system upgrades or other maintenance functions.

*All Levels can use there time for emergency after hours crisis support up to the allotted hours for that Level, 5 hours Level 1, 7.5 hours Level 2, 10 hours Level 3. After the allotted time is used all Emergency after hours support will be billed at $50.00 per hour.
